Dr. Mahendra Kumar , Director Human Resource & Development - Directorate of Human Resourse Development
Dr. Mahendra Kumar was born on 24th july, 1975 at Kotary Dhayalan, District-Sikar, Rajasthan. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in Agricultural Extension from Rajasthan Agrcultural University, Bikaner in 2004. Dr. Kumar has more than 12 years of experience as Assistant Professor out of which more than 06year as senior Scientist & Head, KVK Maulasar-Nagaur District. He has conducted more than 100 on campus training programme for farmers, Farm women & Rural Youth also conducted about 500 Front line Demonstrations of different crops at farmer’s field. He has Published about 15 research papers in National & International Journals,10 popular articles & 5 Training Mannuals also delivered 10 radio talks on AIR & 05 T.V. Talks, He conduct more than 10 exhibitions at different level. Dr. Kumar has membership of different professional Societies of Extension education.
